Services of consultancy in Management Systems:
At TMI we seek to adapt to the needs of our clients, which is why we offer various types of Management Systems consultancy.
1) Implementation of the Management System:
Tailor-made offer depending on the needs of the company. Depending on whether your company has internal quality and/or environmental managers or not, TMI will adapt the implementation plan, adjusting the necessary working hours according to the degree of involvement that our clients require from us.
2) Monitoring and control of the Management Systems:
This consists of a fortnightly or monthly review of the status of the system, review of non-conformities, procedures, regulations, correct use of procedures and formats, socialisation of changes, etc.
3) Legislation control service:
Periodic updating of changes in laws and regulations that apply to the company.
4) Training:
This consists of specialised, tailor-made training of 6-8 hours on key concepts for the implementation and maintenance of an ISO Management System. These trainings are specially designed to train environmental and quality managers of companies, as well as internal auditors.
5) ISO and/or EMAS internal audit:
Internal auditing is carried out in an independent and objective manner and serves to help an organisation meet its objectives by providing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes. The mission of the internal audit is to evaluate a company's management system, identifying areas for improvement and risks, with the aim of detecting and reducing existing or potential risks to the company, and to make better decisions based on the conclusions offered by the auditor in the internal audit report.
